The breakfast had good, fresh options. i would have liked to see even more variety, though. i also really enjoyed the high tea service. It felt quite special.

the staff were helpful, especially at breakfast. the variety of food was wide (i enjoyed the pastries!). the hotel is located near the la perle show. the rooftop pool was a definite bonus.
the gym was a bit small and only had a limited selection of equipment.

a palatial dream

i was greeted with such warmth, it seemed like stepping into a fairytale. the attention to detail is astounding, from the exquisite decor to the personalized service i received. isaac and the housekeeping team. i'm already dreaming of my return.
but , that's the only thing i could possibly fault.

I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff upon arrival. The concierge provided excellent transport advice. My room was always immaculate. The room attendants did a wonderful job. The bedding was so soft and smelled divine.
The hallways sometimes felt a bit long. Navigating them took a few extra minutes.

The hotel is situated conveniently near a major highway, access to transportation is easy. The vicinity to shops adds practical value, and it is fairly close to key attractions. This location provides both accessibility and a peace all around.

My room was spacious and well-kept. It featured his and hers sinks and separate toilet. The separate bathroom further enhanced privacy. The photos online didn't fully capture how great it was.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I found so many choices! I enjoyed the live harp music in the lobby, a unique touch. I found out about the heated pool, it will be perfect for my next visit.
