Al Habtoor Palace - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Dubai

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag, as it has beautiful amenities and some excellent dining options, but the service could definitely use improvement. The rooms were generally comfortable, but had some cleanliness issues. Additionally, the location has its perks but is hampered by ongoing construction. Overall, it's a luxurious place but not without its flaws.

However, the service really let me down, with staff seeming indifferent and often lacking knowledge about the hotel amenities. The facilities were decent, but I would have expected more from a luxury establishment. Overall, while there were some positives, the service issues mean I wouldn't recommend it for a truly luxurious experience.

Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, but a few operational tweaks could enhance the experience even further.

Our stay at the Habtoor Grand Dubai was simply fantastic, with luxurious rooms and an amazing half-board dining experience featuring a wide variety of international dishes. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The only downside was the need for an upgrade on the in-room entertainment system as it wasn't compatible with all devices. Overall, it was a remarkable holiday worth every penny.
